Ο Νίκος Λυγερός στο Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ


 Ο κύριος Νίκος Λυγερός έφτασε σήμερα το απόγευμα στην πρωτεύουσα  του Αρτσάχ ή του Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ, το Στεπανακερτ όπου λαμβάνει χώρα το Διεθνές αυτό Συνέδριο με τίτλο : Προοπτικές και εξελίξεις περί ζητήματος του Ναγκόρνο Καραμπάχ. Η διάλεξή του έχει ως θέμα : Στρατηγική, ελευθερία και Σύνταγμα του Αρτσάχ.
